You watch the courier move in real time. The recipient gets a short link by SMS and opens the same map in a browser — nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Status on the lock screen

How do I track my parcel?
Every order has a live map with the courier on it. You can send the recipient a short link by SMS — it opens the same tracking in any browser, with no app and no registration.
Can the recipient see where the courier is without the app?
Yes. That is exactly what the short link is for: it works on any phone with a browser, so the person waiting for the parcel always knows what is happening.
Do you support cash on delivery?
Yes. The courier collects the cash from the recipient and hands it directly to the sender. The platform takes nothing from the customer for this.
What if my street has no house numbers?
Put a pin where you actually are and add a photo of the entrance and a short note. Couriers navigate to the pin, which is how deliveries work in most of the region anyway.
How is the delivery confirmed?
